Ho atteso qualche settimana prima di recensire il Tendo per poterlo usare. Installazione facile. Ho approcciato gli esercizi con cautela e ne ho escluso uno a me non congeniale. Il mal di schiena costante degli ultimi mesi, specialmente di notte e camminando, è sostanzialmente sparito. Faccio gli esercizi tutti i giorni e il beneficio nel mio caso è tangibile.
